FALIESE - for Wholeness, Happiness, Health and Wellbeing.

What is Faliese?

Faliese rhymes with valise and is the art of being in balance with the flow of your life in its every aspect. Faliese offers methods to pinpoint and release your blocks, your bad feelings, your pain and any unhelpful or limiting past programming.  It will also enable you to bring in love, joy, peace and other positive qualities, giving you the freedom to live your life full of creativity and harmony.

How does it work?

Faliese works by realigning you with your Creative Source. This is a process that is surprisingly easy to learn and to do. It will soon take you less than a minute, so it is easy to make this an everyday practice which will completely transform your life for the better.

This process aligns you to the love energy at the heart of all things. It enables you to develop love for your body, for yourself, for others and for the beautiful planet on which we live.

Faliese does not use touch or the laying on of hands.  Individual sessions, by telephone or in person, enable a qualified Faliese practitioner to help you release your painful patterns. Courses are available throughout the year where people from all walks of life are able to learn this process to use every day or whenever they feel the need arises.

In Faliese we work on the levels of Body, Mind and Spirit. I well know how painful and debilitating it is to be burdened by heavy feelings and negative emotions.  The body has an amazing bio feedback system which guides us in pinpointing pain and painful issues on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. We do not revisit or dwell on such issues. The feelings and limiting beliefs are identified for the purpose of immediately releasing the pain that they cause us and their effects in our lives.

Our body is always doing its best for us. Yet often we forget about or misunderstand its needs. We may hate certain parts of it, e.g. feeling some parts are too big or too small or absolutely not the way we want them to be. This process enables you to work with your body, rather than against it, so that your body is then able to work effectively for you.

Much individual unhappiness is caused by the way we live our lives in line with our childhood programming. This can trap us into a set of beliefs, thoughts, feelings and fears which prevent us from being free to be ourselves. The training in Faliese is designed to empower you and to enrich your life by releasing these patterns.

An example of such programming is of the child trying their hardest to please an important figure in their lives – often a parent, or teacher. Yet this person may have been incapable of appreciating the child’s gifts and knew no better than to criticise the best efforts of an innocent child. Maybe the child felt they had to work ever harder, but could never gain that person’s love or approval.

As an adult such programming is seen in the need to work to please the important people in our lives. The external figures these now represent may no longer be a parent but a boss or a spouse. Yet inside they feel just the same as when their parent or other authority figure belittled them and rejected their work.

The issue of feeling extremely uncomfortable in performing in public is an example of how such programming manifested in my life. I have played the harp and written songs for many years. Each time I performed in front of anyone I would feel stressed and make stupidly embarrassing mistakes. I wanted to share my work but any sort of a public performance was a trial. I only had to be playing and have someone else come into the room, even if it was my husband or another member of my family, and I would lose my concentration and start to make mistakes. This feeling also manifested to a lesser extent when I was required to speak at meetings or in the courses that I taught.

Over the years I had chipped away at this program using hypnotherapy, NLP, Time line therapy and Theta Healing. It improved but still gave me real problems with my harp performance. It was only when I used the new method of Faliese that I discovered the program sustaining it and was able to be free of it.

How did Faliese originate?

Faliese arose to meet my needs. For much of my life I struggled to do things that were not my strengths.  I was not living a life of ease. From my early childhood I was challenged with health issues. I developed an interest in healing in my late teens and over time explored a range of healing modalities and spiritual approaches. Yet my life still did not flow – instead it became worse.

In 2002 I was involved in a serious accident in which my back was broken and my knee severely dislocated. It also highlighted other chronic physical problems. That was a wakeup call which required me to reconstruct my life on every level. My body was in bad shape. For many years after the accident I also kept pulling muscles at what seemed to be the slightest exertion.

I continued to explore different approaches, many offering instant and permanent healing, and although I pursued some of these for many years I did not achieve the healing I desired.

Eventually I was led synchronistically to reconstruct my life and began to develop the art of Faliese from the practices that worked for me. I was guided in this by my body and my Creative Source, my epithet for the force widely known as ‘Source’ or ‘God’. My life was transformed from that of a pain wracked invalid into a flexible and active person, able to happily engage in a wide range of physical and creative activities. Faliese is the name that was given to me to describe this effective new process.

Living a Life of Love – by  Hazel Saville

The desire for love is universal. Most people seek to find love in the external world, wanting someone else to supply their need for Love. For many years I too was searching for that love outside of myself. Yet, paradoxically, because of an early experience, I knew that the source of love is within us.

When I was 17 or 18, studying for my end of year exams at school I had an amazing experience. In my school at the time we had supervised revision sessions. The school hall had been filled with desks and chairs in preparation for the coming exams. I, together with the rest of my year, was seated at a desk, supposedly revising. This was not the most conducive environment for a wonderful experience, you may well agree!

As the session drew on, I fell into what I know now was a trance state. Suddenly I felt an overwhelming, incredible feeling of love for every single person in the room. This included the boys who had bullied me, the girls who were catty and spiteful, and the people that I loathed and wanted to avoid at all costs. It seemed to go on and on, the feeling of being washed in a sea of love, where love was all that was, and is.

Unfortunately my consciousness eventually shifted back into the state I had been in before. I would like to say that the experience had transformed my life forever, yet the memory of it faded, to drag me back into a life plagued by my blocks and hang-ups.

My life from then to now has been a journey to return to this state of love. Often I was diverted and felt betrayed by my own failures and inadequacies. Sometimes I even forgot what the goal was and seemed to drift helplessly in life’s tide. Yet something within me made me persist. I could not let many days pass without returning to my search. A deep dissatisfaction would arise; together with the hope that the next thing I tried would enable me to return to that connection to the Divine.

I now believe that we are all on a training course throughout our lives. Every experience we have is an opportunity to learn, to change and to grow more into what we truly are.

I reconnected with the Divine again in 2002 when my life seemed at an all-time low. On the day after I sustained several injuries, including a broken back, I lay on a hospital bed, helpless within a pain wracked body. Then suddenly I found my consciousness identifying with a part of me that was absolutely at peace. I was drawn down, into that state in which I was loved absolutely, and felt completely at peace.

My consultant had warned me that the break in my back was very close to the spinal-cord and that I might never be able to walk again. Yet now, realisation of this peace within me brought the knowledge that I was completely whole, and that despite my fear, which had been having a field day regarding the very uncertain future that now stretched before me, I had the certainty that I was completely safe.

Later that day I received Eckhart Tolle’s book The Power of Now, and read his account of connecting to the silent witness within. This book spoke so deeply to my life situation that I am profoundly grateful to it coming into my life just at the moment when I needed it.

In its pages I also came across the concept of the ‘parasitic Pain Body’. Now I personally call this the fear feeder. The fear feeder is a part of us that has developed an autonomous identity. It usually forms in response to our childhood programming and grows in power with every negative response that we make.

In many humans the fear feeder controls the mind until we learn to interpret things that happen to us according to fear. This cycle of fear develops in most of us when similar thoughts, memories and ideas are connected into a neural sequence. When we begin to operate such a sequence frequently, it forms a neural pathway, which can distort our reality. When this occurs, our brain interprets our every experience, in line with similar experiences we have had before. It then presupposes that our current experience is the same as that previous one and requires the same responses. It continues running that neural pathway, even though that assumed situation is not actually happening in the present. In this way, our memories can distort our view of the world.

The fear feeder becomes a distinct energetic entity within our system. It feeds on our every negative emotion and therefore always tries to move us into situations in which we will experience negative feelings. It is expert in creating dramas and conflicts in which we feel fear, anger, and a variety of other negative responses. Its agenda is to keep us in the state of pain and suffering.

The fear feeder knows us intimately. It knows all our weaknesses and how to exploit them. It knows everything that we are afraid of and how to make us angry, depressed or afraid. Shame and guilt are its forte and it gains considerable energy by regularly reminding us of our mistakes.

The fear feeder is able to use many aspects of our ego and personality in order to elicit a negative response. For example, it will work on the part of us that wants us to look good in front of our peers and will make us feel useless instead.

Judgements and criticisms are other patterns that give considerable energy to the fear feeder. Condemning any other person, however, leads to separation and tension in our relationship with them. All of these strategies that the fear feeder delights in closes down the heart centre and separates us from the flow of unconditional love.

To Overcome the Fear Feeder

The fear feeder is hugely cunning and devious, yet it is also deeply afraid, because it knows there is a way to overcome it. Faliese is one of those ways. Your limiting patterns can be released in one-to-one sessions, by telephone or in person. The courses in Faliese systematically teach you how to do this process for yourself. CD’s are also available to help you with this process.

We have seen how the fear feeder lives on negative emotion and thought patterns. Once it is deprived of its food it begins to die. As our limiting beliefs and thoughts are released, so we are set free to enjoy the gift of the present, and to live our lives from the state of unconditional love. Then when people say and do things that would have pressed our buttons, we no longer react and lose energy to the fear feeder. Instead, we are free to respond in each moment from that place of unconditional love. When we focus on the love within ourselves and cultivate its strength, then we can create a life of true happiness, joy and bliss.

FALIESE is a new approach to wholeness. Faliese rhymes with valise and is the art of being in balance with the flow of your life in its every aspect.

Faliese arose to meet my needs, as inspiration from the Creative Source. It offers a vital ingredient missing from medical science which transformed my life from that of a pain wracked invalid into a flexible and active person, able to happily engage in a wide range of physical and creative activities.

For much of my life I struggled to do things that were not my strengths.  I was not living a life of ease. From my early childhood I was challenged with health issues. I developed an interest in healing in my late teens and over time explored a range of healing modalities and spiritual approaches. Yet my life still did not flow – instead it seemed to become worse.

Yet I was led synchronistically to reconstruct my life and began to develop the art of Faliese from the practices that worked for me. I was guided in this by my body and my Creative Source, my epithet for the force widely known as ‘Source’, or ‘God’.

Faliese offers a way of finding your strengths and enabling you to work with them. It is a Body, Mind and Spirit training. Our body always tries to do its best for us. Yet often we forget about or misunderstand it needs. We may hate certain parts of it, e.g. feeling some parts are too big or too small or absolutely not the way we want them to be. Faliese enables you to work with your body, rather than against it, so that your body is then able to work effectively for you.

Much individual unhappiness is caused by the way we live our lives in line withour childhood programming. This can trap us into a set of beliefs, thoughts, feelings and fears which prevent us from being free to be ourselves.

An example of such programming is of the child trying their hardest to please an important figure in their lives – often a parent, or teacher. Yet this person may have been incapable of appreciating their gifts and knew no better than to criticise the best efforts of an innocent child. Yet inside they feel just the same as when their parent or other authority figure belittled them and rejected their work.

The training in Faliese is designed to empower you and to enrich your life by releasing such programming. Over 80% of the course is taken up with practical exercises, including techniques to enable you to release the blocks that prevent you from living a happy and fulfilling life.

Past traumas and negative programming is often encoded into our DNA. In the training you discover how to enter the theta brainwave state and using easily learnt techniques, change your coding and transform your life.

It is interesting that humans are drawn to do things that activate our blocks. From my mid teens I was drawn to meditate. The meditation exercises I found were largely visual and I had no ability to perform them at all. Everything I read told me that the more you practiced the easier it got, but it never did for me.

I was determined and persistent but my body and mind resisted. Many meditations later I finally gave in, defeated, feeling that there must be something wrong with me.

Eventually I realised that not all people have good visualising abilities. I also discovered that my subconscious actually had a block in place that it had created as a protective device for me to prevent me from visualising.

Faliese offers you a method to pinpoint and release your own blocks. As you discover the tools available you will achieve self-worth and the confidence to express yourself.  In Faliese there is nothing that you need to struggle to learn or know. Instead, with ease, you can make your own steps, in the way that is right and comfortable for you in every aspect and area of your life.
